Job summary

The Good Guys in Ballarat is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our friendly team. You'll engage with customers, support their purchases, and help maintain a positive in-store experience during peak periods from September 2026 to February 2027 across stores within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers by proactively engaging and educating them to support their purchases.
• Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience for our customers.
• Delivering in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls and fulfilling online orders.
• Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.
