Reece Australia Pty Ltd in Heatherbrae is seeking a proactive Retail Consultant to assist builders, designers and homeowners during renovation journeys, helping them choose the right bathroom products and manage orders.

You will use the 3D Planner to visualise projects, visit sites for updates, and keep the showroom running smoothly. Previous retail or customer service experience is valued, with opportunities for growth within our network.

About the role

As part of the showroom team in Heatherbrae, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable using a computer and is happy to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
