Job summary

Commonry Pty is expanding its concession team for Myer Miranda, offering a part-time Concession Supervisor role. You will lead a small team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a premium shopping experience within a collaborative Brandbank Group environment.

You will drive sales, mentor staff, manage rosters, and handle back-of-house admin while supporting national expansion goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor and motivate.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week).

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Miranda pad.
