Job summary

Brandbank Group, in collaboration with Myer, is seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor for the Myer Miranda location to lead a small team and deliver elevated customer experiences.

You will coach staff, manage rosters (Tuesday–Saturday, 25 hours weekly), drive sales, oversee back-of-house tasks, and maintain brand standards while benefiting from clothing allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in retail.
• Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Commercial acumen with budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales KPIs.
• Lead and mentor the concession team with ongoing coaching.
• Assist with rostering, stock, and back-of-house administration.
• Ensure brand standards and visual presentation.
• Manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster (25 hours per week).

THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
