Commonry is expanding its national footprint and seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Cairns pad. You will drive a standout customer experience, mentor a small team, and deliver strong sales performance while maintaining our fast-paced, fashion-focused atmosphere.

You will roster 25 hours across Tuesday to Saturday, oversee training, VM styling, and back-of-house administration, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships delivering exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s in line with budgets.
