Job summary

Commonry, part of Brandbank Group, is expanding with Myer nationally and seeks a part-time Concession Supervisor for Myer Cairns to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience. Strong product knowledge and relationship-building with customers are essential.

You will drive sales, mentor the team through training, and manage rosters and back-of-house admin, working Tuesday to Saturday for 25 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Build and maintain customer relationships delivering exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales and budget targets.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Myer Cairnspad. THE ROLE:

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
