Job summary

Seed Heritage is recruiting a Store Manager for our Coffs Harbour Child Concept Store. You will lead a passionate team, drive an engaging customer experience, manage rosters and back‑of‑house administration, and partner with State Leadership to grow a profitable store.

With 2+ years in fast‑paced fashion retail leadership, you will mentor staff, excel in Visual Merchandising and stock control, and build lasting customer relationships in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
