Job summary

Nike Retail in Liverpool is seeking a Coach - Service & Selling (2IC) to lead and inspire a dynamic team, delivering top-tier service and product expertise to a community that loves sport and style. This role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability and a passion for retail leadership.

You’ll report to the Assistant Head Coach, coach and develop staff, drive KPI performance, and create a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can grow and have fun.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience focusing on service/sales, checkout, product and consumer metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Time management and the ability to think on the fly.
