Job summary

Nike Retail is seeking a Coach - Service & Selling (2IC) to lead a busy Liverpool store team in Australia. You will drive customer service excellence, coach staff, and manage performance to hit KPIs while fostering a fun, inclusive environment.

You will work under the Assistant Head Coach and contribute to personal growth, development opportunities, and benefits including employee discounts and product perks. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally focusing on service/sales, checkout, product and consumer metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to think on the fly.
