Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Retail vertical in Sydney. You will partner with internal teams to deliver advertising solutions, drive client success, and expand post-sale relationships across campaigns.

Responsibilities include providing data-driven insights, shaping advertising strategy, and managing cross-functional projects to deliver measurable outcomes for advertisers on a global platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, brand marketing, digital media, or a sales-related support function, with Retail brands.
• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, translating high-level objectives into actionable digital/media strategies.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable client-centric recommendations.
• Strong understanding of media KPIs and measurement across brand marketing and performance environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Self-starter mentality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand client relationships with post-sale growth.
• Support regular business reviews with a consultative approach to build enduring client connections.
• Proactively enhance campaign performance through in-depth investigation of accounts and campaigns.
• Produce audience insights and analyse campaign data to inform strategy and programs.
• Shape advertising strategy by providing marketplace feedback to refine approaches.
• Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility to test-and-learn design for creative programs.
• Stay current with TikTok features, ad units, and capabilities.
• Provide product consultancy to clients and agencies on solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client success.
