Job summary

TikTok AUS, within Global Business Solutions, seeks a Client Partner to drive growth for the Consumer Core/CPG portfolio. You will build long-term partnerships with advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and maximize impact through TikTok's advertising solutions.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, selling strategic media solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results for regional clients while maintaining top-tier client service and performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales, brand advertising, and/or online advertising.
• Strong and relevant experience and connections.
• Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying.
• Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities.
• Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients.
• Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients.
• Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
