Job summary

TikTok AUS - GBS is seeking a Client Partner for Fashion in AU/NZ to lead strategic fashion client portfolios, drive revenue, and manage executive-level relationships with founders, CMOs, GMs, and eCommerce directors. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across branding, performance, and commerce to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires senior seller experience, the ability to move at fashion speed, and travel across Australia and New Zealand as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, ad tech or related fields.
• Proven experience owning and growing key enterprise client accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite, founder and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of brand and performance marketing, auction-based media buying and ad tech integrations.
• Experience using measurement frameworks such as brand lift, attribution or MMM to drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of creative effectiveness and platform-native storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of key fashion and apparel partnerships across AU and NZ, including Joint Business Plan (JBP) clients.
• Drive sustained revenue growth through strategic account planning aligned to fashion calendars, including seasonal launches, product drops, sale events and peak trading periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday and EOFY.
• Lead executive-level relationships with Founders, CMOs, GMs, eCommerce Directors and senior marketing leaders.
• Own Joint Business Planning, annual investment discussions and multi-quarter roadmaps, including delivery against committed JBP targets.
• Support clients’ international growth, including TikTok Shop expansion into new markets such as the US and EU, in partnership with global and regional teams.
• Identify and unlock growth across multi-brand fashion groups by replicating proven strategies from flagship brands across sister brands.
• Drive adoption of TikTok’s full-funnel and commerce solutions, including Top Feed and premium brand products, TikTok Shop, Smart+ and performance solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Measurement, Product, CST, TikTok Shop and Analytics teams to unlock incremental growth.
• Translate brand, performance and commerce measurement into clear commercial recommendations.
• Lead creative strategy conversations, challenging clients and agencies to deliver platform-native, trend-led and creator-driven content.
• Develop compelling sales narratives using fashion category insights, trend data, case studies and data.
• Role model senior leadership behaviours and mentor junior sellers in the Fashion Pod through influence, not hierarchy.
• Travel as required to support client relationships across AU and NZ.
