Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Industry Client Solution Manager for GBS AUNZ based in Sydney to lead client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven eCommerce advertising solutions.

You will manage post-sale client relationships, optimize campaigns, and provide strategic insights from performance data to grow the ShopAds business. Collaboration with sales and product teams is essential to scale offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client services in digital marketing/eCommerce.
• Experience managing performance clients or agencies.
• Proficient in campaign setup and optimization.
• Understanding of measurement tools and data analysis.
• Preferred: strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure smooth eCommerce campaign execution and post-sale relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance data to offer data-driven insights.
• Share ecommerce industry feedback and guide advertising strategy.
• Support sales on presale research, media planning and pitching.
• Serve as internal/external ShopAds product consultant to educate on solutions.
• Lead product update discussions and upskill internal teams.
