Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial management for Dandenong Square in Melbourne. You will partner with Centre Management to ensure budgets, forecasts and reports align with strategic objectives and client expectations.

In this role you will manage operating costs, perform variance analyses, and present monthly results to internal stakeholders and clients. A strong background in retail property finance and IFRS is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in property accounting or retail property finance.
• Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts and variance reports.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Understanding of IFRS and property management accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare month-end reporting and variance analyses for the Centre.
• Control operating costs and communicate financial performance to Centre Management.
• Deliver timely client financial reporting and investor-focused insights.
• Assist annual budgets and periodic reforecasts to align with strategy.
• Manage remittances to Owners and liaise with external auditors.
