Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Retail Manager to oversee a portfolio of institutionally owned retail assets in the ACT for IFM Investors. You will lead centre operations, retailer relationships, and financial performance while developing toward a future Centre Manager role.

Ideal candidates include those with Retail Manager or Administration Manager backgrounds who are ready for a clearly mapped step toward Centre Manager, with a supportive team and opportunities for institutional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail property, including managing centre operations and asset performance.
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (ACT) or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding of retail leasing, centre operations and financial reporting or willingness to build this capability.
• Confident stakeholder and retailer engagement with a commercially focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail centre operations and retailer engagement.
• Oversee leases, occupancy, tenancy compliance and presentation standards.
• Drive centre financial performance including budgets, outgoings and monthly reporting.
• Prepare owner reports and contribute to asset strategy with IFM Investors.
• Collaborate with facilities, marketing and operations teams to deliver a high-performing centre.
