About the role

You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading the sales and warehouse teams to deliver a smooth customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team.
• Driving sales and achieving store performance targets.
• Managing rosters, staffing and daily priorities.
• Overseeing stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and consistent operating standards.
