Fantastic Furniture is seeking a hands-on Retail Business Leader for our Osborne Park store in WA. You will lead day-to-day operations, blend sales, service and logistics, and stay visible on the floor to support your team during busy periods.

You’ll develop people, set clear expectations, drive performance and create a welcoming customer experience from browsing to collection, while managing rosters, stock and store presentation.

About the role

You'll lead the day-to-day running of the store, bringing together sales, customer service and operations. You'll be visible on the floor, supporting your team through busy periods and setting clear expectations that help everyone succeed.
