Beaumont Tiles in Beverley, Adelaide, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a dynamic team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth store performance.

The role involves hands-on leadership across sales, customers, team management, and store operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining high store standards in a busy retail environment.

We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Assistant Store Manager to join our Beverley team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys working with customers and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store running smoothly, support the team and help deliver strong sales and service results.

The role

No two days will look quite the same. You’ll be involved across all areas of the store, including:

• Supporting the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

About you

We’re looking for someone who is practical, proactive and enjoys being part of the action. You’ll ideally bring:

• Retail, sales or customer service experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, or the drive to take that next step
• A genuine interest in helping and developing others
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A hands‑on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Confidence working towards sales targets and store goals
• Good organisation skills and the ability to keep things moving in a busy retail environment
