You will lead and coach colleagues, ensure visual merchandising standards, manage stock and rostering, and step up as acting Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management or supervision experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work across weekends and trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, coach and motivate store team to meet targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Assist in stock control, rostering and daily reporting.
• Act as acting Store Manager when required.
