Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager of our Rosebery Oxford Outlet is a key leadership position responsible for supporting the day-to-day success of the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maximise sales performance, develop the team, maintain operational excellence and ensure the Oxford customer experience is delivered consistently. This role will suit an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or Senior Retail Sales Leader who is ready to step up, take ownership and continue developing their leadership capability.

• The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team to achieve exceptional results
• Confidence supporting store operations including rostering, stock management and compliance
• Strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for brand presentation
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
