As a Full-Time Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating engaging customer interactions, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives the premium Oxford experience. About you

Previous retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments

A naturally engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers

Confidence achieving sales targets and contributing to team success

Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport retail environment

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand presentation standards

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and early morning or evening shifts as required

A genuine interest in fashion and helping customers feel their best
