Job summary

Oroton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Rosebery Outlet Store in Sydney. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, and deliver a personalised client experience in a fast-paced outlet environment.

This permanent part-time role covers Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, focusing on coaching, clienteling, and store initiatives to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs.
• Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Natural flair for styling and luxury product.
• Experience in recruitment, coaching, and team development.
• Confidence delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives.

• Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors.
• Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service.

• Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience.
