Job summary

Vicinity is seeking an experienced operations professional to support the day-to-day management of a retail and mixed-use asset. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, efficiency and presentation standards while delivering an exceptional experience for retailers, customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational management of retail, commercial or mixed-use assets.
• Experience coordinating service providers and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Knowledge of health, safety, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with capital works, refurbishments, and operational improvements.
• Strong presentation standards in customer-focused environments.
