Job summary

The GPT Group is seeking a Retail Administration Manager to join the Sydney-based team, overseeing a portfolio of retail assets across Australia. You will manage rent roll processing, debt collection, and data administration via Salesforce, while collaborating with Centre Management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ter tiary qualification in administration or similar
• Proven experience in a comparable role within a medium-sized business
• Strong focus on debt collection and financial processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process rent roll data and tenant billings
• Coordinate with Centre Management to obtain rent roll information and lead stakeholder reviews
• Complete reconciliations on accounts and manage monthly rent collections
• Ensure accurate allocation of funds and credits before monthly tax statements
• Assist auditors with queries and document retrieval for assets
