Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a hands-on Retail Administration & Trust Accounting Manager to own day-to-day financial and tenancy administration of a busy retail environment.

You will manage trust accounting, reconciliations and rent invoicing, maintain tenancy records and administer Cirrus8; experience with Cirrus8 is highly regarded, but we welcome strong property administration and trust accounting candidates who want to learn the system.

Qualifications

• Experience in property administration and tenancy administration.
• Knowledge of trust accounting and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Cirrus8 software preferred.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on property administration professional to take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial and tenancy administration of a busy retail environment.

Experience with Cirrus8 is highly regarded, however, we are open to someone who has strong property administration and trust accounting experience and is keen to learn the system.
