Job summary
Stockland is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our busy retail centre in Melbourne. In this full-time, permanent role you will own the centre's financial and administrative performance, lead a customer-focused team, and drive operational excellence and commercial outcomes.
You'll manage billing, reconciliations, leases, and collaborate with offshore finance teams to deliver results while building strong stakeholder relationships and agile processes to support the centre's
Qualifications
- Strong financial administration, billing and reconciliation experience.
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable and debtor processes.
- Ability to interpret leases, contracts and commercial agreements.
- Experience with SAP or the aptitude to learn quickly.
- Proven ability to improve processes and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial and administrative operations of the centre
- Manage billing, debtors, reconciliations and rent reviews
- Oversee accounts payable, purchase orders and recoveries
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Lead a team of administration and customer service professionals
- Partner with offshore finance teams to deliver results
- Improve processes and drive operational excellence
