Domayne Alexandria is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service focused Administration 2IC to join the Domayne Alexandria Administration team. You will support purchasing processes, retail operations and provide exceptional service to customers.

Key responsibilities include assisting the administration manager with creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly reporting, while maintaining accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a busy retail admin role.

Responsabilités

• Assist administration manager with creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation and payroll.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, cash books and monthly reporting.
