Lorna Jane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tea Tree Plaza store in Adelaide. You will support the Store Manager, coach the 3IC and the sales team, and help keep the store operations running smoothly in a fast-paced outlet environment.

With retail experience in fashion or activewear, you’ll lead by example, drive sales, and ensure visual merchandising and stock flow meet our standards. This role offers a fixed roster, incentives, and development into leadership across the business.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear.
• Experience coaching and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor and drive sales targets.
• Coach and support team performance daily.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock flow, and store standards.
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Build genuine relationships with customers.
