Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tea Tree Plaza outlet in Australia. You will support the Store Manager, coach the 3IC and sales team, and keep the store running on point in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in retail fashion or activewear, a proven ability to lead by example, and a drive to hit weekly targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a fixed roster with weekends and competitive base pay with incentives.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in fashion, apparel, sports or activewear.
• Experience in coaching and managing retail teams.
• Strong selling skills and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor and hit sales targets.
• Coach and develop the team on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Maintain VM standards and stock flow, ensure store readiness.
• Step in to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
