Job summary

Abril Restorations is seeking an organised Case Manager to oversee restoration projects from scheduling through to completion, coordinating field crews, customers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

You will lead daily schedules, monitor progress, resolve issues and drive process improvements while maintaining safety standards and exceptional customer service across multiple jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, scheduling or field operations within restoration or construction.
• Strong communication skills with customers, clients and field teams.
• Leadership with ability to guide staff and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration jobs from scheduling through to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate daily field crew schedules, job instructions, site requirements and confirmations.
• Monitor progress, reporting, attendance, materials and equipment records.
• Communicate updates with customers, clients, field crews, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and support field staff through feedback, performance checks and coaching.
• Ensure safety, procedures, site standards and service expectations are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology and training.
