Job summary

Domino's Innisfail in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring quick, friendly service and consistently high dining standards for every guest.

You will manage staff rosters, supervise training, monitor inventory, handle customer concerns promptly, uphold health and safety regulations, and contribute to achieving sales targets during peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and passion for exceptional service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including dining, kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
• Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Assist with payroll, inventory management, and budgeting.
