Dominos Cairns is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Cairns City, QLD. As a leading pizza chain in Australia, Dominos is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delicious food to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks and procedures are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and fulfilled promptly, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise, lead, and support retail staff to promote a productive work environment and ensure consistent performance in accordance with company standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and accurate cash handling.
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organised, and hygienic environment in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate the training and development of new team members by providing appropriate guidance, ongoing support, and performance feedback.
• Address customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and operational targets, implementing appropriate strategies to improve productivity and enhance store profitability.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor stock levels, and coordinate the timely ordering of supplies to ensure uninterrupted store operations.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture by encouraging teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic among all team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months' experience in a retail supervisory role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and support team members.
