Job summary

Dominos Innisfail is seeking a highly motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Innisfail, QLD. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a team, ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring motivation and performance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, stock management, and cash handling.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered timely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised store, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train and develop new team members, providing ongoing support.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor sales and performance targets, implementing strategies to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with store manager on marketing and promotions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.
