Job summary

Aromas Noosa on Hastings Street is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to grow breakfast, lunch and dinner trade with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and staff training. You will drive service standards and contribute to Aromas becoming a premier dinner destination.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, the ability to work under pressure, and a solid knowledge of food and wine. Training staff and maintaining etiquette are essential to enhancing the customer dining

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervision or similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy service periods.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine to enhance guest experiences.
• Experience training staff and upholding service standards.
• Understanding etiquette of restaurant service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Contribute positively to customer dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakfast, lunch and dinner service, growing trade and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and train staff to maintain high service standards.

About the role

Restaurant Supervisor- the successful candidate will be helping to grow our Breakfast, lunch and dinner trade. With an emphasis on guest satisfaction and staff training we are looking to make Aromas into a first class dinner destination on Hastings Street.
