You will report to the directors, oversee service, wine and food service, and drive financial performance while maintaining high standards and a lively team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing in a busy restaurant.
• Ability to lead a small team and deliver strong customer service.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
• Confident, outgoing and energetic when engaging guests and staff.

Asa Restaurant Manager,you will bean effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

To be a successfulcandidate for this role, you will need to have the ability to lead and work in a small team, have great customer service skills and a minimum 2 year’s experience managing in a busy restaurant. Alongside the previous, you will also need the following:

• Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
• Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues.
• Sound financial and business acumen
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPI's
• Flexibility when it comes to rosters
• Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication

Remuneration is negotiableit will reflect your skills and the level of experience you can bring to the success of the venue. We pay above award for Fulltime and casual employees and expect generous tips and incentives for all.
