Job summary

RAFI URBNSURF in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Located at Australia’s first surf park, the role blends high-end service with a relaxed coastal vibe.

You will inspire and coach a front-of-house team, champion service standards, implement venue procedures, ensure safety and compliance, and bring fresh ideas to enhance the guest journey and drive success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage knowledge, in an elevated dining environment.
• A true passion for people and the hospitality industry, with a drive to develop and lead teams.
