Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. You will uphold brand standards, implement procedures, and embody the GYG spirit while driving sales, efficiency and staff development in a fast-paced setting.
