Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at GYG, coaching and training the team while managing the restaurant's P&L and upholding the brand's standards of quality and service in a fast-paced setting.

You will implement high-impact strategies to improve guest satisfaction, drive sales, and maintain procedures. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, flexible rosters, and opportunities to advance to Area Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team.

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing operations at scale.
