Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Port Macquarie to lead daily operations and empower the team through coaching and training. You will manage the restaurant’s P&L, maintain the highest quality standards, and embody the GYG spirit in every guest interaction.

You will drive performance, balance speed and service, and align with company procedures while shaping an outstanding guest experience across shifts and teams.
