Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Sydney to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L while upholding the Guzman y Gomez standards.

You will drive quality, adherence to procedures, and embody the GYG spirit as you develop staff and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
