Guzman y Gomez in Chatswood is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance. You will coach and train your team while effectively managing the restaurant's P&L and ensuring top quality, safety and guest experience.

This role offers a competitive salary from AUD 85k with super, a 20% bonus potential and annual restricted shares, along with flexible rosters and opportunities for leadership progression across the network.
