Job summary

RAFI, URBNSURF by Applejack Hospitality in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, guest relations and staff across a unique venue blending fine dining with coastal vibes.

Reporting to the directors, you will drive service standards, manage rosters, and contribute to events while delivering a memorable guest journey. 2+ years managing in a busy restaurant and a passion for wines and food are valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing in a busy restaurant.
Excellent customer service skills.
Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
Ability to lead and work in a small team.
Sound financial and business acumen.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility when it comes to rosters.
Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication.

RAFI, URBNSURF by Applejack Hospitality is on the lookout for a new Restaurant Manager to join our family in Sydney Olympic Park.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.
Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the ability to lead and work in a small team, have great customer service skills and a minimum 2 year’s experience managing in a busy restaurant. Alongside the previous, you will also need the following:

Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues.
Sound financial and business acumen
The ability to work under pressure
The ability to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPI's
Flexibility when it comes to rosters
Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication
