Guzman y Gomez Newtown is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive financial performance. Sponsorship opportunities exist for the right candidate as the brand continues to grow.

You will champion quality, uphold procedures, and embody the GYG spirit while ensuring top customer experiences and a safe, compliant environment for staff and guests.

GYG Newtown - the first GYG in the WORLD (!) is looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team to continue to deliver the best GYG experience possible! Sponsorship opportunities exist for the right candidate

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, whilemanaging your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.
