Job summary

Guzman y Gomez North Lakes is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver the GYG experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will oversee daily operations, coach and train staff, manage the restaurant’s P&L, and uphold the highest standards of quality and procedures while embodying the GYG spirit.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
