Job summary

The Agostino Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Restaurant Manager to lead our Carl’s Jr restaurant at Redbank Plains. You’ll have the support of our experienced head office team and regular on-site guidance from our General Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager QSR, you will coordinate daily operations, drive the team to meet the needs of the restaurant and organisation, and ensure fast, friendly, profitable guest service in a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality or restaurant operation.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Able to work on-site and during public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, induct, train and performance manage staff.
• Ensure compliance with work health safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock takes and manage cash flow.
• Undertake admin duties including budgeting and invoicing.
