The Agostino Group operates Carl's Jr. restaurants in South Australia and Queensland, and is currently seeking several Shift Supervisors for Carl's Jr. Redbank Plains and Carl's Jr. Riverview in Queensland.

In this role you will train and supervise restaurant team members, support the Restaurant Manager, and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth, safe service. You will lead shifts, delegate effectively and uphold company standards in guest experience, food quality and cleanliness.

Formación

• Experience in Q.S.R., hospitality or retail with staff management.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a 7-day roster including days, evenings and nights.
• Must provide a National Police Certificate.

The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian owned company with our head office based in Adelaide. We own and operate 9 Carl’s Jr restaurants in South Australia and 6 in Queensland. In addition, we operate a growing network of 21 AMPM Fuel and Conveniencestores and 11 Subway restaurants.

Wecurrently seeking to appoint several Shift Supervisors to join our Carl’s Jr. team at Carl’s Jr. Redbank Plains and Carl's Jr. Riverview.

The Role:

Each day will deliver you something different, but your objective will always be the same; to deliver fast, friendly and profitable guest service in a safe and clean restaurant which consistently provides Super Star Service. You will support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising team members and prioritising tasks to ensure seamless operations are maintained.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

• Training.
• Supervising.
• Directing staff.
• Making decisions during shifts on employee matters and rostering needs.
• Driving company programs and policies to better engage and support co-workers and direct reports.
• Cash register operation and
• Food preparation

The position will require you to work over a 7-day roster being available for days, evenings and nights.

About You:

Ideally you will have experience from the Q.S.R, hospitality and or retail industries with some previous experience in staff management/ leadership roles.

You will possess excellent communication skills with strong conflict resolution experience to which you can demonstrate an ability to delegate effectively. Proven experience in managing competing tasks while being a natural leader who can think on their feet will provide you the skills necessary to be successful.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Certificate
