Job summary

Hungry Jack’s is seeking a motivated leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team on the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive guest-obsessed service and lead a team in both service and production areas.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, staff development, store merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe workplace. We offer management bonuses, on‑the‑job training, leadership development and clear career pathways across our network.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
