Hungry Jack’s is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Team Leader on the Gold Coast to drive guest-obsessed service and people power within the front and back-of-house. You’ll lead a small team, deliver promotions, coach staff, and ensure safe, engaging store operations while upholding our values.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
