Job summary

Hungry Jack’s is seeking a Restaurant Leadership Team member on the Gold Coast to help drive store success and uphold our Guest Obsessed and People Power values. You will lead service and production teams, ensuring guests are central to decision making and empowering staff to do their best work.

Responsibilities include promoting activities, coaching and developing employees, merchandising the store, managing stock, and maintaining a safe environment for all.

Job description

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
