Hungry Jack’s Australia is seeking a proactive team leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will help drive guest obsession and people power in both service and production areas, guiding a team to deliver our values and outstanding experiences.

Your responsibilities include executing promotions, coaching and developing staff, store merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe environment for all.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:
